Chauffeur and vehicle details are supplied before pickup once the assignment is confirmed. Keep the telephone number on your booking available to receive calls or messages.
Where live tracking is available, use the link or booking view provided by HakuCab. Location information is approximate and may update less frequently in areas with limited connectivity.
Contact support if the details have not arrived near pickup time or you cannot reach the chauffeur.
