How do airport pickups, flight tracking, and waiting time work?

Add the airline and flight number when booking. HakuCab uses the arrival information to monitor schedule changes and coordinate the pickup.

Choose a pickup time that allows for immigration, baggage collection, and the distance from the aircraft to the meeting point. Complimentary airport waiting time is shown during booking and begins from the confirmed pickup time.

If the flight number changes or is missing, update the booking or contact support as soon as possible. Additional waiting beyond the included period may be charged.
