What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel through your account or contact support. The applicable cancellation window and any fee depend on the ride type, market, and how close the cancellation is to pickup.
The cancellation terms displayed during booking form part of your confirmed journey. A fee may apply after a chauffeur has been assigned or dispatched.
If HakuCab cancels because the service cannot be provided, any eligible refund is returned through the original payment method.
