When is my card charged?

HakuCab may verify or authorize the payment method when the booking is placed. An authorization can appear as pending even though the final charge has not yet been collected.

The final collection timing depends on the market, ride type, and payment method. Additional confirmed waiting time, route changes, or cancellation fees may be processed separately.

Banks control how quickly unused authorizations disappear. Contact support with the booking reference if a charge appears incorrect or duplicated.
