How do I find out the luggage capacity of the vehicles?

You can see each vehicle’s maximum luggage capacity when booking, alongside the bag icon. This tells you how many bags can safely fit in the luggage compartment.

We use four common luggage sizes based on typical airport baggage policies. Measurements are a guide; unusually shaped or rigid bags may require more room.

Personal item No larger than
45 × 30 × 20 cm
Carry-on bag No larger than
55 × 45 × 25 cm
Standard check-in No larger than
66 × 44 × 27 cm
Extra-large check-in No larger than
78 × 55 × 30 cm

Whether your luggage will fit depends on the selected class, the number of passengers, and the size of each bag. Use this table as a guide:

Business Class2 carry-onor 2 standard check-inor 1 extra-large check-in
Business Van12 carry-onor 8 standard check-inor 6 extra-large check-in
Business SUV8 carry-onor 6 standard check-inor 4 extra-large check-in
First Class3 carry-onor 2 standard check-inor 1 extra-large check-in

In addition to your main luggage, each guest may bring one small personal item, such as a briefcase, handbag, or laptop carrier, inside the passenger compartment.

Chauffeurs may decline luggage that cannot be transported safely. If you have many bags, skis, golf equipment, a stroller, or mobility equipment, contact HakuCab before booking so we can arrange the right vehicle. Unaccompanied luggage cannot be transported.
